Modifications to your 2018 Presidents & Vice Presidents Conference registration can be made via the online system until Thursday, December 21, 2017, at 11:59 p.m. EST.
Should you cancel your 2018 Presidents & Vice Presidents Conference arrangements or circumstances arise that prevent you from attending, your registration and hotel costs are all final and non-refundable after Thursday, December 21, 2017, at 11:59 PM EST.
If the 2018 Presidents & Vice Presidents Conference is officially cancelled, a refund is possible minus any penalties or non-refundable expenses that apply.
