Corporate Policy Guidelines – Connection Enterprise President’s Club
Travel Deviations
Travel deviations to extend your stay will only be honored on the back end of the trip. No early arrivals are allowed per Connection’s policy. If you plan to deviate from the group block following the final day of the program, additional airfare charges, hotel charges, change fees, departure transfers, etc will be at your expense.
Extending Your Stay
If you do plan to extend your stay and depart past the final day of the program, you will be on your own for arrangement and payment of your transfer back to the airport on the day of your departure.
If you have planned to extend your room at the resort past the end date of the program, you will be on your own for payment of your additional room charges & all expenses upon your check-out on your day of departure. If you have any issues or questions with your room folio past the last day of the program, please work directly with the hotel to resolve.
Throughout your entire stay, you will be responsible for all incidental charges to your room.
Company Behavior & Onsite Escalation Process
During your stay, if you experience anything unpleasant or negative relating to the hotel, property and/or room accommodations, please follow the below course of action to resolve. Do not use social media as an outlet to post anything negative about the trip or hotel. Follow these steps to quickly resolve:
• Step 1: Reach out to hotel front desk to resolve the issue.
• Step 2: If no resolution, escalate your concern to Jill Donohue or Strategic Meetings to work with the hotel on a resolution.
Failure to comply with the proper steps above may lead to your immediate departure from the program and/or failure to participate in future President’s Club trips.
Guest Policy
President’s Club qualifiers are invited to bring one adult guest (21 years or older) to this event.
Guest employees: Bringing a guest who is also an employee of Connection will not be allowed if it violates any of the existing HR policies of Connection. All qualifiers or nominees must gain approval from marketing and executive management to invite a Connection employee as their guest; such consideration will only be given if the employee has worked with the respective qualifier or nominee as part of their team for the majority of the year in which they became a President's Club qualifier or nominee. Connection executive team reserves the right to grant or deny any employee guest requests.
