Below is all of the information you should require to exhibit at the Preparing to Deliver Maths and English GCSEs Event.
Venue Deliveries & Collections
Deliveries to the venue will only be accepted from Tuesday, 16 September 2014 and collections by courier companies post-event should be made by no later than Thursday, 18 September 2014.
Access for Set-up
Access for exhibitors is available from 7.30am on the day of the event. All stands must be set-up by 8.45am in preparation for the 9.00am start.

Loading access
Exhibitors can use the loading lift which is located at the back of the venue. A member of the AELP Events Team and venue personnel will be on-site and happy to assist you. Please do not hesitate to contact the AELP Events team should you require any assistance.

Exhibitors may breakdown and leave the event after the afternoon refreshments period should they wish. Note: A charge will be made by the venue to any exhibitor who leaves behind any unwanted materials/rubbish. Please ensure you remove everything from your exhibition stand by the close of this event.
