Daily Itinerary/Overview
Air transportation
We are pleased to offer round-trip coach-class air travel for tournament participants.  You can book your air travel with the air department by filling out the Travel component on the site's registration section.  Once your registration is submitted, it will be sent to the air team.  An itinerary will be created combining your preferences and certain event guidelines (e.g. coach travel) and sent to you within 48 - 72 hours.  You will be contacted by the air department in the order that you register so please be patient.


Ground transportation & arrival procedure

Round-trip ground transportation will be provided for you between the airport and St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort on the official arrival and departure dates.

After arriving, please proceed to the baggage claim area where event staff holding Porsche Golf Cup USA Final signs will be there to greet you, assist with your luggage and escort you to the ground transportation.


LOST OR MISSING LUGGAGE

If you are unable to locate your checked luggage upon arrival at the airport:
  • Notify your airline carrier before leaving the airport and file a missing luggage claim.
  • Inquire with your carrier about your lost luggage entitlements.  Notify the airport event travel staff.  They will monitor your delayed luggage situation.
