SETUPS 
All setups will be from 6:30 am until 7 am on Sunday, October 27th, and break downs will be after the Awards Ceremony at approximately 11:00 am.  The exhibitor agrees not to dismantle the exhibit nor begin packing the exhibit before the Awards Ceremony the day of the race.
 
*In keeping with facility rules, vendors will not be able to make sales at the event, but will be able to interact with runners and spectators, give out information, and engage individuals at the event.  PAE will provide a table.  Vendors are responsible for all other materials and supplies.
