Getting there
Flights and return NSW airport transfers for interstate and international participants will be provided when travelling on the flights offered below. Flights are non-refundable and pre-selected to ensure that all guests meet the appropriate transfer time.
Requests to travel on flights alternative to those listed below will be dealt with on a case-by-case scenario. Please note that fare differences and flight change fees may be required to be covered by either the participant or the participant's cost centre (upon agreement from your managers). The option to request an alternative flight or to fly from an alternative port, will be available on the registration page.
All guests will be required to fly into Sydney the night before (Wednesday, 26 March 2014) the conference in order to meet the 9:00am coach transfer time to Château Élan on Thursday, 27 March 2014. Additionally, New Zealand and Perth guests will be required to fly home on Saturday, 29 March 2014 due to late arrival back in Sydney on Friday, 28 March 2014. Accommodation will be booked for you in Sydney once you choose from the flight options during registration and details will be provided on your travel itinerary supplied no later than a week before the conference.

Participants should expect a 3 hour drive from the airport to Château Élan which includes a 15 minute rest stop along the way. As the drive is occurring over the morning tea break, you will be provided with a snack box so please make sure you indicate any dietary requirements that you may have, during registration.
Getting home
Interstate and international participants will depart Château Élan at 3pm on Friday, 28 March, 2014 to return to their appropriate airport.
Participants returning to their destination from Newcastle airport should expect a 1 hour coach transfer from Château Élan.
Participants who would like to extend their stay may indicate this during registration, however please note that this is at the personal expense of guests.
