Pick up location: 14 Carrington Street, Sydney (out the front of the Menzies Hotel)
Departure time: 9.00am

You will be prompted to express your interest in the transfer when you register.

Participants will need to arrive at the pick up area 15 minutes before departures to allow time for registration and luggage handling.

The duration of the drive is estimated to be 3 hours with an additional 15 minute rest stop along the way. As the drive is occurring over the morning tea break, you will be provided with a snack box so please make sure you indicate any dietary requirements that you may have, during registration.

By car
Château Élan is an easy 2-2.5 hour drive north of Sydney, along the M1 Pacific Motorway. Directions for guests choosing to drive to the venue from Sydney will be provided in the confirmation pack that is distributed the week prior to the event.

There is ample complimentary parking available at the resort.

Getting home

An air-conditioned coach transfer will be provided from Château Élan back to the Sydney CBD.

Departure from Château Élan is at 3.00pm and the estimated arrival time into Sydney is approximately 6.00pm, however this is subject to traffic.
