REGISTRATION ENTITLEMENTS

Full Registration includes:
- Entry to all Conference sessions (Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday)
- Morning and Afternoon Teas and Lunch Daily as per Conference program
- Attendance at the Welcome Event and Book Celebration (Saturday 2 December)
- Attendance at the Conference Dinner (Sunday 3 December)
- Delegate Program

Day Registration includes:
- Entry to all Conference sessions on day of Registration
- Morning and Afternoon Teas and Lunch on day of Registration as per Conference program
- Delegate Program


Public Discussion Lecture Registration includes:
- Entry to the Public Discussion Lecture on Friday 1 December 

Alterations

Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations can be made by logging back into your registration via the website. To access your registration you will need to enter both your email address and Registration Reference Number supplied at the time of the original registration. If you encounter any difficulties with the above please email reception@icms.com.au


Payment

Full payment MUST be received prior to the Conference PESA 2017. Registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Accommodation cannot be confirmed until credit card details are received. Please note if your registration is made less than two weeks prior to the Conference  the only payment option available is credit card. Payment can be made in the following ways:


1. Credit Card Payment

All credit cards will incur a 3.25% service fee
(Visa, Mastercard & AMEX accepted)


2. Cheque Payment

Please make cheque/bank draft Australian Dollars payable to “PESA 2017” and mail to the Conference Office. International delegates please note: Cheque payment must be received by way of an Australian drawee bank. On receipt of your payment, confirmation will be emailed to you. It is advisable to check all items listed.


3. Electronic Funds Transfer

Please note that the Conference will accept payments via electronic funds transfer. The Conference bank details will be supplied on the invoice generated at the completion of your registration. Please include your reference number as a reference on the deposit and forward your remittance advice to the Conference Office.
