What IS the “STYLE LOUNGE”?

• The Style Lounge is the place to be before the PCMA Education Foundation Visionary Awards for VIP treatment to get red-carpet-ready! We understand that most guests come straight from work before this annual event, so for the first time ever, we are providing a place where you can not only get changed but get styled too! Professional hair and make up stylists will be available, as well as a beauty bar with all of the tools you might need to primp up on your own.  The lounge will be open from 2pm-6pm and all registered guests are welcome to come to network and be pampered throughout the afternoon.

What kind of “refreshments” will be served?

• A full bar and light hors d’oeuvres will be provided for all registered guests.

Can I enter the Style Lounge if I don’t want to book an appointment?

• Yes, you should purchase the “beauty bar” option for $25.  Guests must be registered to enter the lounge. 

How are the appointments scheduled?

• All appointments are 30 minutes, starting at 2:00pm and ending at 6:00pm when the Visionary Awards Reception begins.  Once you register, you will be sent a confirmation email requesting that you send your preferred times and the names of any guests you purchased appointments for.  They are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. 

What if I want to keep all of my guests together, using the same block of time?

• That’s no problem!  We recommend registering early and sending us your preferences as soon as you get the confirmation email.  We will do our best to put everyone together to enhance the networking experience. 

What do I do once my appointment is over?

• Relax and have a cocktail with us!  We welcome you to hang out, get changed for the event, and enjoy the company of the other Style Lounge attendees throughout the scheduled hours.
