Educational Posters

Welcome to the Infusion Nurses Society Educational Poster submission process. Educational Posters present research or clinical innovations related to the specialty of infusion nursing. The following are the categories for Poster presentations:

Clinical Research
Education
International
Industry

The material placed on the provided poster board should fit comfortably within an area 4 feet high by 8 feet wide.

Please provide handouts of your poster for attendees and judges.

Posters will be put up on Sunday, May 22, 2011 from 5PM to 6PM.
Posters must be taken down on Wednesday May 25, 2011 by NOON.

Posters will be displayed from Monday, May 23, 2011, to Wednesday, May 25, 2011. Educational Posters presented at the Annual Meeting will be evaluated in each of the following five categories:

Relevance to infusion nursing practice
Originality
Design
Validity
Clarity and style of the presentation

Educational Posters present the authors' ideas with graphics and text.

Posters will be evaluated by a panel of judges selected by the National Council on Education.

You will need to register for both Monday and Tuesday to be able to present your poster. If you have registered for the Educational Sessions then you will not need additional registration.

The awards for the Posters will be presented at the Celebration of Excellence on Tuesday, May 24, 2011.
All winning posters to be displayed on Wednesday May 25, 2011 during exhibit hours.

The deadline for submission is January 15, 2011.

NOTE: Due to the high volume of poster submissions received, the review of submissions is still underway. Poster presenters will be notified of their selection in mid-February.
