HLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please have the credit card number ready when you begin the registration process.
Cancellations/Refunds
HLC must be notified of all cancellations in writing. Any refunds due to cancellation will be based on the dates below:
- Cancellations requested on or before July 31, 2020, will qualify for full refund less a $25 processing fee per person.
- Cancellations requested between August 1, 2020 and September 1, 2020, will qualify for a 50% refund less a $25 processing fee per person.
- No-shows or cancellations requested after September 1, 2020 are not eligible for a refund.
