Program Description

This online training provides an intensive training for peer reviewers transitioning from the AQIP Pathway to the Open and Standard Pathways. The training is centered around a working case study of a fictional institution, Blue Moon University. By the end of the training, participants will be able to review an institution’s Assurance Argument, identify evidence, write solid evidence statements, move work through the Pathways process at HLC, and work successfully with the team and chair to meet deadlines and submit a final team report.

Materials

The course syllabus will be emailed to each confirmed participant prior to the start date of the course.

Peer reviewers or their respective institutions are responsible for purchasing any software upgrades necessary to participate in the online course. If you have a high-speed internet connection and are able to run or teach an online course on your campus using Blackboard or D2L, you have everything you need to participate this in course.

Who Should Attend

This training is intended for experienced AQIP Peer Reviewers at HLC who would like to continue as Standard and Open Pathway Reviewers.
