You can make hotel room reservations as part of the registration process this year.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Columbus-Worthington is located at Crosswoods Business Park in Columbus, Ohio.
The hotel is west of the I-270/I-71 interchange, north of Interstate 270 off of State Route 23.

By staying at the hotel and in our room block, you help the OAFC to negotiate better rates on food and beverage, room rental, etc. and keep conference costs low, which we can pass on to the attendees by not increasing registration rates.

Room Rate Info	The Ohio Association of Free Clinics has a negotiated rate of $109 for single or double occupancy plus state and local tax. (16.75%). This rate includes complimentary breakfast and wi-fi access in guest rooms. Parking is also complimentary. Reserve your room no later than September 30, 2013 to secure the negotiated room rate.
