2014 Ohio Basketball Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony

Sharing the Stories of
Ohio Basketball's Greatest Legends

Emcee Jeff Hogan auctions the basketball autographed by the 2013 Class.

Over 500 basketball fans, players, coaches and contributors converge on Columbus to celebrate the game.

We're recognizing Ohio's basketball greats and their achievements in high school, college, and professional basketball, a few of the greatest coaches in the game, and those who have impacted the game along the way.

The evening is a true celebration of basketball, its rich history, and those who have contributed to the game in Ohio.

Our keynote speaker will be 2014 Inductee
Brian Agler, who will give remarks on behalf of the class. Brian is the head coach of the WNBA's Seattle Storm, which won the 2010 WNBA Championship. He was also part of the 1977 Wittenberg University team that won the NCAA National Championship and was named Ohio Athletic Conference Player of the Year.

** We had previously announced Katie Smith as our Ohio Heritage Award recipient. She has graciously asked to receive the award in person, so we are postponing the award until she can attend. She is serving as an assistant coach with the New York Liberty and their first game of the season is on May 17th.

Additionally, two deserving graduating high school seniors, Megan Thomas and Jansten Locke, will be presented with $1,000 scholarships.
