Aims:

To increase participants’ understanding of linking on- and off-the-job training and how this contributes to improved outcomes.

Objectives:

By attending this webinar, you will:
  • Reflect on and learn from inspection findings about linking on- and off-the-job training
  • Identify the purpose, process and benefits of effective coordination of the two forms of training
  • Identify good practice in coordinating the different elements of the training

Outcomes:

Participants will have an informed view of how important coordinating on- and off-the-job training is, the benefits and opportunities of an effective process, and what inspectors look for during inspection.
