Overview: |
This webinar will provide an overview of inspection findings about the use of observations of teaching, learning and assessment in improving the quality of teaching, learning and assessment. The purpose, scope and methods of evaluating observations of learning activities in work-based settings will be explored both from an inspector’s perspective and from a quality improvement activity standpoint. Examples of good practice will be provided along with consideration of the effectiveness of different approaches. Participants will be encouraged to reflect on the practice within their organisations and develop ways in which they can improve their way of working to support rapid and sustainable improvement. |
