Overview
This webinar will provide an overview of inspection findings about equality and diversity and explore what inspectors look for on inspection. Examples of good practice will be provided along with consideration of the effectiveness of different approaches. Participants will be encouraged to reflect on improving practice within their own organisations.

Aims
  • To increase participants’ understanding of how equality and diversity can form a vibrant and important part of the learning experience.
Objectives
  • Reflect on and learn from inspection findings about the use of the equality and diversity
  • Identify good practice in using equality and diversity to enhance the learning experience
Outcomes
  • Participants will have an informed view of how they can integrate equality and diversity in learners’ programmes and of what inspectors look for during inspection.

Who should attend?
Employer providers, independent learning providers and colleges with large work-based learning contracts in receipt of government funding.
