Sales Associate of the Year
We'll once again celebrate sales talent across the enterprise. The Sales Associate of the Year award debuted in 2016 and recognizes sales associates who are successfully selling One Nationwide, living our values and making a difference in the community.
Business Unit General Sessions
In addition to the enterprise-wide General Session, there will also be business unit general sessions that will provide direction for your specific line of business. During those general sessions you'll hear about the tools and resources that will help you with our breadth of business solutions and review the qualification criteria and eligibility rules for special sales leader incentives and bonus programs.
Breakout Sessions
Breakout sessions cover a variety of business-related topics, including Nationwide sales products and programs, education and development opportunities, Nationwide's integrated sales data and reporting platform, and the member services, sales and marketing, training, and agency management resources that are available to you.
Resource Center
The Resource Center at NSM 2019 provides technical support and updates for the equipment and software you need to do your job well. Representatives from mobile phone vendors along with Nationwide IT will be on hand to ensure that you have the most up-to-date equipment and programs you need to succeed.
Know Your Numbers
NSM 2019 will provide sales associates with access to Know Your Numbers. Nationwide's Know Your Numbers program is a quick and easy way to monitor those all-important numbers - height, weight, body mass index, blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose (blood sugar) levels - that reflect the state of your health. Making sure your numbers are within the recommended range is also a great way to ensure your eligibility for the best rates for 2019 Nationwide medical and life insurance benefits. If you indicate during the registration process you are interested in Know Your Numbers, you will receive a separate communication about Know Your Numbers.
Keynote Speaker
This year's keynote speaker will be Melanie "Mel" Robbins. Mel is a CNN commentator, television host, author, and motivational speaker. Before joining CNN, Robbins worked as a criminal defense attorney, launched and sold an Internet technology company, and hosted Cox Media Group's "The Mel Robbins Show," A&E's "Monster In-Laws," and Fox's "Someone's Gotta Go." She is the author of the books "Stop Saying You're Fine" and "The 5 Second Rule," and the latter book was the sixth most-read book on Amazon in 2017. Mel will be sharing her leadership insights with us during the keynote address.
