Orlando is in the Eastern Time Zone.  

Pacific Time (Los Angeles, Seattle) – 9 a.m. 

Mountain Time (Denver, Phoenix) – 10 a.m. 

Central Time (Chicago, Dallas) – 11 a.m. 

Eastern Time (New York, Boston, Orlando) – 12 p.m. (Noon)

Arrivals

Please plan to arrive in Orlando no later than 4 p.m. ET on Monday, January 7.

  Departures

Departure times will vary depending on business channel and whether you have a business session scheduled for Thursday morning, January 10. Check with your business unit leadership to determine the best time for your departure from the 2019 NSM.

Booking Your Flights
You are responsible for booking your own airline tickets through Egencia. You will receive a link to book your flight in the registration confirmation email.

Complimentary shuttle service to/from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and the Swan and Dolphin will be provided on Monday, January 7 and Thursday, January 10. We'll provide you with more specific information about shuttle times in an email message a few weeks before the event.

For those arriving in Orlando outside of those dates/times, please proceed to the taxi line located on the outer curb and take a taxi to the Swan and Dolphin. Taxi fare should be charged back to your individual region/business unit.

You can also visit the Mears Transportation walk-up desk at the airport to arrange for a shared shuttle. It is located on the lower level, downstairs from baggage claim, near the car rental desks. They operate from 7:30 a.m. until midnight.

NSM 2019 takes place at the Swan and Dolphin in Orlando.

Booking Your Hotel Room
Once you complete the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email that provides instructions on booking your hotel reservation. You are responsible for making your reservations.

Check-in time at the hotels is 3 p.m. (ET). For early arrivals, the hotel will hold your bags and the front desk agent will give you a call on your cell phone when your room is ready.
