Colin Bryant Country Manager – Asia Pacific Advanced Solutions International (Asia Pacific) Colin has worked with ASI for more than 12 years and has been involved in the iMIS community since its early beginnings in the Asia-Pacific region. In his role as Country Manager Colin along with the Client Sales team work with iMIS clients helping them learn about the latest iMIS software developments and plan to make the most of their iMIS investment. After gaining qualification in Business Marketing, Colin began his career at National Mutual Life Association helping others use computers and databases. Colin became a part of the iMIS and NFP community at the Institute of Management Consultants and later with BDO Kendalls as iMIS Product Manager. He joined ASI as a Senior Consultant before moving across to Client Sales. Colin has a passion to understand customer requirements and translating them into an iMIS solution for maximum customer value. Alicia Deering eMarketing Strategist Informz Alicia is the eMarketing Strategist at Informz, a Saratoga, NY based email service provider. She is responsible for assisting clients in maximizing their email marketing through careful and creative analysis, and strategic thinking. Before taking on her strategy role she served as an advisor, guiding and supporting clients on how to effectively utilize Informz products to maximize their email marketing, including brand management and optimization. A magna cum laude graduate of the College of Saint Rose, she holds a BA in Public Communication. Alica has been a member of the New York Capital Region American Marketing Association since November 2006, a past president who now serves as executive board liaison. Tricia Fastje Director of Business Solutions (C) Systems Global Prior to joining (C) Systems Tricia was the Manager of Database Services for the Michigan Farm Bureau where she was responsible for the implementation, configuration and maintenance of the iMIS solution. Tricia’s experience as an iMIS end-user as well as her 7 years of experience serving as a Project Manager and Application Consultant provide her with the ability to craft solutions that meet organization’s needs. Her ability to efficiently translate requirements into recommendations that benefit the organization as a whole has made Tricia instrumental in the delivery of creative solutions for numerous clients. Her knowledge of the iMIS platform and its features make her an invaluable resource when talking to organizations about revised business rules, how to effectively manage change and reach organizational goals. Russell Franks Chief Executive iFINITY plc Russell has been a regular speaker at our conferences over the last few years since introducing the iMIS world to the wonderful WebFormZ module that wont the iMIS innovation of the year award in 2011. He has been an IT guy since the mid 80’s and having grown up as an IT consultant and advisor he started what became iFINITY in 1992 and has worked with iMIS since 1994. His company was the distributor of iMIS in the UK and Europe and now works with ASI Europe on iMIS implementations and runs one of the leading module development teams worldwide building new features and making iMIS into an even more comprehensive system. His team are focused on helping iMIS users all over the world to deal with form processing, workflow, ecommerce and other aspects of iMIS that improve engagement and the iFINITY web team are specialists in RiSE and advanced web site and iPART based design. On a personal level Russell is a keen traveller and a collector of air miles! He has many hobbies including driving his micro Twizy electric car, collecting watches, photography and scuba diving. | |
Ashley Hunt Database Systems Coordinator PGA of Australia Ashley has been employed at the PGA of Australia since September 2012 and is responsible for managing improvements to the PGA’s membership database to ensure data integrity, efficiency of use, and create synergies within the systems and digital assets across the company. One of Australia’s oldest and most diverse national sporting bodies, the PGA is increasingly reliant on such services with its core business including the management of nationally recognised education and training programs, participation event management, the provision of numerous Member services and the management of Australia’s largest professional golf tournaments. In his 12 months at the PGA Ashley has introduced improved workflow procedures through imis including many Task Centre automated procedures. He has implemented a new PGA Member portal and is currently building an Intranet using the imis20 Rise templates with the introduction of many of the inbuilt iparts. He has also introduced webformz within both systems and has also carried multiple version upgrades and data improvements. | |
Bilal Jeewa Product Solutions Consultant Advanced Solutions International (ASI) Bilal has been a Consultant with ASI for eight years. He began his ASI career in Perth and has since worked for ASI offices in Melbourne and London. Travelling with ASI has extended Bilal’s experience of implementing iMIS solutions in our Asia-Pacific and European markets. Bilal studied computer science and industrial mathematics in Cape Town, South Africa and went on to work for Shoprite, a retailer, implementing IT in South Africa and several French speaking African countries. He then worked for Accenture in Mauritius as the integration team lead on a telecommunication project. Bilal’s key skills are in change management, translating and analysing complex business requirements into simple and transferrable iMIS solutions. He most enjoys the challenge of working with different organisational cultures and developing effective solutions in collaboration with the end users of iMIS. Bilal lives in Melbourne with his wife Sam and their four year old son Zaki. Mark Johnstone CEO Johnstone Enterprises Mark Johnstone has been working as a Database Analyst for the past fifteen years and the last eight in NFP sector. Jamie Williams Director Client Services issociate Jamie’s career has always been about forming the types of relationships that benefit co-workers and clients alike. Jamie spent the first part of his career managing businesses that produced print and digital communications for a diverse array of companies that include Harvey Norman, Blaze, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Aon, REST Superannuation and Infrastructure Australia.
