Early Bird rates:- 425: Faculty/Core Directors
- 275: Students/Staff/Postdocs
- 450: Faculty/Core Directors
- 300: Students/Staff/Postdocs

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to Heiata Chapman (email is acceptable): HCHAPMAN@kumc.edu
Full refunds, (less the PayPal fees) will be issued up to and including May 15, 2020, if a medical or family emergency exists. A service charge of $75 will be applied for all cancellations received between May 15th and June 15th. After June 15th no refunds will be issued.

Ways to travel to hotel- The hotel does not provide shuttle service. There is a metro stop at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. The hotel is located .1 miles off of the Woodley Park-Zoo/Adams Morgan (Red line) stop with an estimated cost of $1.70 (one-way). Taxi service is also available at the approximate costs of: $30 (one way) from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, $60 (one way) from Washington Dulles International Airport and $88 (one way) from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshal Airport.
