What are the dates and location of the 2015 NIADA Convention & Expo?
June 22-25 at Caesars Palace Resort & Casino located in Las Vegas, NV.

Do I have to be a NIADA member to attend?
No, anyone involved in the automotive industry and their guests are welcome to attend.

What is the attire?
The event is business casual for training and daily meetings. Because meeting room temperatures vary, please pack a light sweater or jacket. For the Wednesday and Thursday evening Award Banquets, please plan to dress in a suit and tie for men, and cocktail or formal attire for women. For Monday night’s Cigars & Martinis -Welcome Reception, dress cool as the combined event will be outside at the pool.

What meals are included with a registration?
Full Access Registration provides the following meals:
  • Monday, June 22 - How to Analyze your Dealership 9 am - 5 pm; Cigars & Martinis-Welcome Reception
  • Tuesday, June 23 - Membership Breakfast; Attendee Luncheon; Grand Opening of Expo Reception
  • Wednesday, June 24 - Expo Buffet Luncheon; National Leadership Awards Banquet Plated Dinner
  • Thursday, June 25 - Expo Buffet Luncheon; National Quality Dealer Awards Banquet Plated Dinner
Can I bring a guest into the training sessions and/or the exhibit hall?
Anyone attending any event must be registered and wearing a NIADA convention badge at all times. No badge, no admittance. Spouse/Child registration provides access to the exhibit hall, but not to the training sessions; only Full Access registration provides access to the training sessions
 
Once I arrive, when can I register onsite?
Sunday, June 21: 3pm – 7pm
Monday, June 22: 8am – 9pm 
Tuesday, June 23: 7am – 7pm 
Wednesday, June 24: 8am – 6pm 
Thursday, June 25: 8am – 3pm 
 
Can I hold a meeting of my own at the NIADA Convention & Expo?
Adjunct meetings and hospitality suites are NOT allowed during training/event hours. If you wish to schedule a meeting outside these times, contact Holly Swanzy at holly@niada.com.   If we become aware you are conducting a meeting during our convention & expo hours, we will put a halt to it and you will be penalized when we are considering your future attendance at our convention.
