NIADA HOTEL SCAM - BEWARE!
CAESARS PALACE is the Official Contractor for Hotel Reservations at the NIADA Convention & Expo in Las Vegas in June 2014. The NIADA Convention & Expo staff have received phone calls and emails from members and exhibitors who are being solicited by unaffiliated hotels and reservation companies to book hotel rooms at the 2014 NIADA Convention & Expo in Las Vegas. The official contractor for convention housing is CAESARS PALACE, which is authorized by NIADA to offer hotel room rates, cancellation policies and registration. The only way to register your hotel rooms directly at Caesars Palace is to call them directly or book via our special weblink at: https://aws.passkey.com/g/20078150
If you prefer to call - Caesars Contact Center: 866.227.5944. Remember to reference group name NIADA2014 when calling to receive the discounted room rate!
NIADA has no control over the cancellation policies, processing fees guarantees or other charges offered by unaffiliated vendors. We cannot be held liable if you book a room using one of these unaffiliated companies and you have no actual room being held once you arrive in Vegas.

For phone reservations, call 1.800.433.1790 and reference authorization number A7264DV. A reservation service charge of $25 per ticket will apply for tickets purchased via the 800 number, subject to change.To avoid booking fees (subject to change), make your reservation online at www.AA.com! Simply:
1. Select your flight(s).
2. Click the "Enter Passenger Details" tab.
3. Enter the authorization number A7264DV in the "AA.com Promotion Code" field.
