Eoghainn MacLean is a leading commercial litigator. He is strong at analysis and determined in court. He has handled hundreds of cases in his 19 years before the highest courts. He normally conducts them as sole counsel.


McSorley v Drennan 2013 S.L.T. 505; Edin. L.R. 2013, 17(1), 68-71; J.L.S.S. 2013, 58(1), 34-35, is a good example of Eoghainn’s confidence and determination. He maintained his arguments through the civil courts until the Inner House (the Court of Appeal in Scotland) reversed two lower court decisions, providing his clients with outright success.
