REGISTRATION

Each person attending the Conference needs to complete his or her own registration form with payment. You can register online by clicking on the button to the right of your screen.

A confirmation email with invoice/receipt will then be forwarded by email. Please ensure you read all information in this brochure carefully before answering the questions on the registration form.

Please note that all fees are quoted in US$, but credit card payments will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). The exchange rate being used is US$1 = AUD1.17.

 If you register on line, the amount for payment will show as AUD117.

* This registration category is only open to the following countries: Belize, Bolivia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Nicaragua and Paraguay, Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

Other regional countries attendees should select the Delegate Registration category.

PAYMENT OF FEES

All prices are quoted in US$ dollars. Payment of fees must accompany all registrations and may be made by credit card (MasterCard or Visa only) or direct bank transfer. Please note, credit card payments will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) and the rate being used is US$1 = AUD1.17 (correct at the time of publication). Your bank may also issue international exchange fees on top of this.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS (REGISTRATION)

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Secretariat.

Cancellations received:

·      On or before 28 February 2014 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.

·      After 28 February 2014 there will be no refund.

 

INSURANCE

The Conference Organising committee strongly recommends that you take out insurance for your travel and attendance at the Conference. The Conference cannot accept any responsibility for participants failing to arrange their own insurance.

 

LANGUAGE

The main language of the Conference is English and there are no translation facilities provided.

After a day of sessions and workshops, this is an opportunity to catch up with new friends and colleagues in an informal setting. Light finger food and beverages will be served, starting as the day’s sessions end.


VISAS

If you are from a country that is required to obtain a VISA for entry into the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, your details will be passed onto our host organisation, the Ministry of Health.  They will undertake the necessary security checks with the appropriate authorities, and if approved, your details will be submitted to the immigration authorities and you will be able to obtain a Visa Waiver which can be obtained on arrival at their airport.
