- The conference is for both Military and Manufacturer attendees. Make the most of your investment by attending all of the receptions, dinners, culinary completion and afternoon break-out sessions, that take place throughout the week. Please see the agenda page.
- Please have your table set up in time for the Icebreaker Reception on Monday evening at 6 pm. The area will be available all afternoon for set-up.
- Food for the conference meal functions will be provided by you and be served from your 6-ft tables.
- Where you see “demo and sampling” on the agenda is where we kick into ‘trade-show’ mode. The attendees (approx. 130) have the opportunity to visit your table and talk with you about your products and services as well as sample food/beverage items that you are showcasing. As mentioned above – these sampling times serve as “meal functions” throughout the conference.
- We have several fantastic speakers on Tuesday and Wednesday that you won’t want to miss. There will also be valuable trend and other information you can take back with you to your organizations.
- On Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, there will be special break-out sessions for manufacturers on how to work with the Navy- procedures and policies.
- Wednesday will be a day filled with a mix of tradeshow, conference, afternoon break-out sessions, and a trip to Naval Base Coronado to watch the end and judging of a global military culinary competition. This is where lunch will be served.
- Attire is Business Casual throughout the conference.
