Thank you again for participating in the Foodservice Ashore Solutions 2012 Conference.  Below are details regarding you and your company’s participation.

As a manufacturer participant, you will have a 6-ft skirted table with which to showcase literature and product throughout the event.  The space is not suitable for a booth, so please limit your materials to brochures, product, etc.  We highly recommend you limit your display to 3-4 items at most.  You will want to be able to have room for attendees to sample your product (if applicable).

All manufacturer participants will have the opportunity to showcase products at a meal function(s).

 Each manufacturer will have a 6 foot table on which to display their products.  This will be Tuesday Breakfast, Lunch, and an afternoon break, Wednesday Breakfast, morning break and a reception for those that wish to participate on Monday evening, and a sit-down dinner Wednesday evening.

There are several breaks (in-between other events, speakers, etc) on Tuesday and Wednesday during which the attendees will be able to go table-to-table to meet the manufacturers and hear about their products, services, etc. Wednesday lunch is off-base at a culinary competition.  There will be approximately 130 DOD (Department of Defence) attendees present and 100 IFMA manufacturer members.
