Registration fees include continuing education credits, breakfast and lunch. 
 

REGISTRATION FEES  

$125.00 registration fee when registering on the website by April 29, 2020 at 11:45pm

$150.00 registration fee when registering on the website between April 29  and May 6, 2020

On-Line Registration closes at 11:45pm May 8, 2020
 

Students Registration Fee:
$50 for students  (No CEUs will be issued to students)  You must be enrolled in a RN, CNM, NP or PA Program and identify the school name when registering). You may be asked to show your Student ID at the Symposium

 

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

On-site registrations is $175 and will be taken on a space available basis.
Be sure to view the "Speaker Presentations" page and  the Agenda prior to the program. 

 

Refund Policy 

Refunds granted until May 5, 2020, no refunds after that date. 

If you paid by credit card, registration fees will be refunded back to the credit card used to register, minus a $25 processing fee. E-mail Wendy.L.Friedman@kp.org  with your cancellation request.              If symposium is canceled, the above refund policy will be enforced.
