Mandatory Show Meeting on Monday, March 3: There will be a mandatory show meeting at 5:00pm. The meeting is located at the Las Vegas Convention Center - Room is TBA.
Show Credentials: All MTU, MTU Onsite Energy and distributor attendees (who are working the booth) have been registered for the show. You will receive your badge prior to the show onsite in Las Vegas.

MTU ValueCare Display - Video and iPad interactive display of available parts and service products; Displayed products-- including ValueSpares parts/consumables and ValueExchange remanufactured parts.
* Although some engines are not on display we will have information on all of the MTU C&I Engines.
iPads – We will be using iPads at all of the engine stations and the ValueCare display. The iPads will have information on the C&I Engines that are on the booth and ValueCare products. There will also be 2-3 floater iPads with more in depth information on all of the C&I/Mining engines.

Booth Schedule: Phil Clark is managing the booth schedule (in conjunction with your travel schedule). The schedule will be available 2 weeks prior to the show (Onsite Energy booth schedule is being managed separately by Kevin McKinney).
Daily Booth Meetings: Any day you are scheduled to work the booth you must arrive on time at the MTU Booth by 8:30am for the mandatory daily booth meeting. Important information will be discussed each day.
Note: The first day of the show the booth meeting will begin at 8:00am.
Mobile Phones: We will have charging stations on the booth to help charge your cell phones as we know you may need to use your phone from time to time. However, excessive phone use in the booth will be prohibited. If you need to make a business call, please excuse yourself to a private area.
Booth Meeting Spaces: The booth will contain 2 private meeting spaces, which can accommodate 8-12 people (sitting). There is extra standing room as well. To schedule meeting space please contact Melissa Herrmann - melissa.herrmann@mtu-online.com.
Customer Reception: A customer reception will take place on Tuesday, March 4 from 4:30pm - 6:30pm on the MTU booth. Invitations will be given out at the booth on Tuesday morning.
MTU Advertising at ConExpo: MTU was able to secure a few advertising opportunities to help drive traffic to the MTU booth.
