If you are interested in exhibiting at the 2025 MTCCCA Clinic please review the exhibit information below.  Exhibit Booth Registration is available online only, so please click the 'Register Now' button on the right.

 

Exhibitor Fees
The exhibit display area is $300 and includes (1) 6 ft. skirted table, (2) chairs and (1) wastebasket.  Multiple Display Table Discount - If you purchase two display tables at $300.00 each, you can receive a third table for half price ($150.00). Non-profit exhibit displays received a discount rate of $200 each.  

Additional opportunities available for non-profit organizations and companies unable to attend but would still like to support the conference.

Non-Exhibit Booth Opportunities

• Shared Display Table includes 1/2 Display Table (36'L x 29'W) and a company website link on the clinic website (items must be received by November 30, 2024 and we will display during clinic - no items will be return shipped) Fee: $100.00
• Website Link (includes your company logo and link on the MTCCCA website for one year).  Fee: $100.00
