We encourage you to book your room early to secure a spot in our room block! All attendees must book rooms separately; this is not included as part of the registration process, and scholarship recipients do not have their rooms booked for them.
The National MPS Society has secured rooms for $179.67/night (taxes and fees included, no incidentals). Please book online through this link. The National MPS Society is excited to share that ONE NIGHT of your conference experience will be on us! Eligible days are September 28-30; simply reserve your room and register for the conference by August 28th to receive your complimentary night! (Scholarship recipients will receive up to two nights covered under the scholarship program per application request, and an additional single night provided by the Society.) Rooms are offered as one per member family to parents/caregivers of an individual with MPS or ML or to an adult with MPS or ML. Adults or families with need for multiple rooms will only receive coverage for a single room.
We encourage you to make your hotel reservations early to ensure space in our room block, which has a guarantee for the lowest rate at that time. There are limited rooms available in the block, and this may sell out quickly. Rooms outside of the conference block are not guaranteed the rate above. All hotel rooms must be booked by August 28, 2023, though the block may fill up before this time.
