Frank McBath has been in IT since1985, when he started at Exxon. Prior to joining Microsoft, Frank worked in a variety of roles ranging from Fortune 10, outsourcing, field consulting, and operational support. He first started working with SQL Server on version 4.21 and has extensive production support experience with Oracle databases, too. Frank started in May of 1999 with Microsoft and has worked as a consultant, SAP Basis Administrator, Global Database Evangelist for the Developer and Partner Evangelism team, and now as Principal Partner for Mission Critical Computing, Inc.
Over the last decade, his area of research and expertise has been enterprise applications and databases. These include extensive experience with operations, high availability and scaling on SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards and Siebel.
He is SAP Certified in R/3, APO, and OS/DB Migration Awards Received At Microsoft: ISG Distinguished Consultant of the Year 2000 ISU Gold Star Award 2004
