FT-Telefonica Millennials Summit - London

Today’s adult millennials live in an interdependent and interconnected era. These future leaders are shaping how society will evolve and will be the drivers of meaningful change. But what are the influencers and motivators of this interactive generation? What is driving this change, and are millennials connected to each other globally? Is change a global millennial movement, or is it an individual choice?

FT-Telefónica Millennials Summit: The Interactive Generation, is a high-profile global series of events organised by the Financial Times and Telefónica that will look at the hopes, fears and dreams of the millennial generation. Introducing findings from the largest-ever global survey of more than 12,000 adult millennials, this summit will provide thought-provoking insights into the next generation of innovators and will explore their views on current society, the changes they envision in the future, and how they will drive that change. The interactive dialogue will help inform what can be done to influence and encourage millennial participation on global and local stages. Is technology a driver or a hindrance to millennial aspirations and day-to-day lives? What is their perspective on social issues and equality? And will an uncertain global economy encourage millennials to become entrepreneurs and find new paths?

The London summit introduces a global conversation about millennial adults and their impact on society, to be continued in Sao Paulo and Brussels.
