These sessions are designed to help educate delegates and sponsors about how the strong natural resources capital markets that operate through these exchanges improves liquidity, lowers the cost of capital, and diversifies investment opportunities. London Stock Exchange (LSE) Session

The London Stock Exchange’s Exchange Session on Tuesday 4th February 2014, 9.30am – 11.30am will give you a great insight into today’s IPO markets and alternative financing methods.

You will hear from an expert team of advisers – CantorFitzgerald, E&Y and the London Stock Exchange – who understand what it takes to deliver a successful IPO and will present their views on the key issues and specific challenges of going public.

The two-hours forum will provide you with an insight into the float process and the opportunity to question the speakers on all aspects of the IPO process and being a quoted company. You will also hear from Executives of an AIM quoted company who will take us through their experiences of executing a successful IPO on the AIM.
