Kevin has spent the last 24 years in the employment and skills sectors, originally as a learner followed by roles as a trainer, manager, senior manager and CEO. He is one half of “Big Dog Little Dog”, a niche consultancy delivering mental health and employment training to our sector and beyond (including recently training over 700 DWP Work Coaches). A qualified trainer, assessor and IQA, Kevin is also accredited to deliver Mental Health First Aid (in 5 different variants) and the “Q.P.R” suicide prevention programme.
