Exhibitor Opportunities

      $1,200 to exhibit Friday and Saturday

  • One exhibit space containing one 6 foot table, tablecloth, and skirt
  • Includes one registration to the conference on Friday and Saturday
  • Acknowledgement as a conference exhibitor on the MEDA website, MEDA newsletter, and MEDA social media platforms.

Take-One Table (For profit organization) $100

                              (Non profit organization) $50

  • The opportunity to leave either a brochure or one page of literature to be displayed at tables in the Exhibitor’s section on Friday and Saturday
  • Acknowledgement as a conference exhibitor on the MEDA website, MEDA newsletter, and MEDA social media platforms.
Materials for Take-One Tables should be shipped to MEDA (288 Walnut St. Suite 130 Newton, MA 02460) no later than April 22, 2014. Staff will place your information in the appropriate place at the conference
