Important

The accommodation rate is 430 AED per person/night. (approx. 110.50€) and the rate is inclusive of: taxes, breakfast, internet, daily tourism tax & transport from terminal 1 or 3 airport and back.

To book your accommodation you will need to send an email to the MEA travel management team (mea_travel.management@nokia.com) to request accommodation. The event hotel is currently sold out, but we are looking for alternative accommodation arrangements. People based in Abu Dhabi are allowed to book 1 night between May 3 and 4.

Your hotel booking is non-refundable if you need to cancel your hotel reservation. Exceptions will be made separately. Please contact Reservations.LMDubai@lemeridien.com for any hotel booking/cancellation related queries. You will need to settle your accommodation bill by credit card upon checkout. If you amend your booking later, please be advised that there might be costs that will be charged to you – please use only accurate and confirmed travel details.
