Visa requests

If you require a visa for the UAE, please follow the following process

All required documents need to be sent to nsnuae@sntta.ae

with a copy to emilia.zagorska-iskander@nokia.com

UAE Visa rate : AED 430 per passport (approximate 4-5 working days)

Required docs:

· Clear coloured/scanned copy of passports (both first and last page in jpg format)

(if there is a profession page in your passport – pls also attach it in jpg format.

· Passport size photo (jpg format)

· Filled & Signed Cc form Credit card for payment (attached)

· Filled & Signed UAE visa application form (attached)

Non refundable in case of visa rejection, as Visa application approval is subject to immigration’s discretion

NOTE: the jpeg format of all the documents is required by UAE Immigration System – pls ensure you submit the documents in the correct format. All other will be rejected by the system & the process will be delayed.
