Registration

Click "New Registration" button at the right side of the menu to start the registration. Please fill in all of the required fields to ensure your accurate registration.

Delegate fees:

Early Bird (Before July 01, 2021) delegate fee: DKK 3.000 
Regular (from July 01, 2021) delegate fee: DKK 3.700
Student fee: DKK 1.500. Student ID must be presented upon check in at the conference.
HVET Masterclass only: DKK 500
Exhibitors attending with a booth: DKK 1.800 (VAT included). Please check the sponsor prospect if your sponsorship includes free registrations.
 
2nd HVET Masterclass can be chosen as add-on if you are signed up for the main congress

Venue: Scandic Copenhagen (same venue as the main congress).
Price per person: DKK 300

October 28 at 19.00 - Join us for an evening of networking dinner. Venue to be confirmed.  
Price per person: DKK 300. Please remember to sign up for the dinner during the registration process. Spouses are welcomed and the price is DKK850 per person for the accompanying guest. 
 
 

Cancellation of the registration fee: Cancellation made before July 1, 2021 will be charged a fee of DKK 250. After this date no refunds will be made for cancellations. 

Payment terms: Registrations received by July 1st will be charged the early-bird rate. Payments received after this date, will be changed and charged the regular fee. Delegates who have submitted an abstract, the deadline for payment is no later than September 1st. After this date, unsettled abstracts will be cancelled. 

Please note: Payments with credit cards will be charged upon registration.

Liability & Insurance:
The registration fees do not include the insurance of participants against personal accidents, sickness, and cancellations by any party, theft, loss or damage to personal possessions. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, cancellation and personal effects.
