A number of sponsor opportunities are available for companies looking to meet new customers and reinforce existing relationships. An exhibition stand provides your company with real presence at the conference and greatly facilitates networking.

Remember to register as an exhibitor when you register:
- DKK 1800.- per delegate incl. coffee breaks, lunch and access to all sessions

Setup time for exhibitors: Thursday October 28th 2021 from 12.00 - 19.00 or Friday October 29th from 07.00 - 08.00
Break down time for exhibitors: Saturday October 30th after the last coffee break and before 20.00
Please make sure that all booth materials are picked up from the venue within these hours.
The Exhibition Ares is during the conference open on the following times:
Friday October 29th from 08.30 - 16.00 hrs
Saturday October 30th from 07.45 - 13.30 hrs
Stand and rental of additional exhibition furniture and decorations
The general maximum building height in the main foyer is 2,8 m.
The price of the stand includes floor space, 1 extension cord and Wi-Fi.
Exhibitors are also free to bring additional decoration materials and booth furniture themselves.

Exhibitors can store their return good in room #4 (Margrethe II) for pickup on Monday November 1st before 10.00 AM
