About MBA CSEA and the Global Conference

The MBA Career Services & Employer Alliance Global Conference is the premier conference addressing challenges and innovations in MBA career management and recruiting. As the professional association for MBA career services and recruiting, the MBA CSEA brings together hundreds of career development and recruiting professionals interested in learning and discussing industry trends and issues in the MBA recruiting field. MBA CSEA and the 2015 Global Conference are designed to:

Benefits of Sponsorships/Exhibitors

Sponsors: Conference sponsors receive substantial visibility and one-on-one time with conference participants. Sponsorship will allow you to reinforce your company’s name and message as a leader in your field and the best resource for participants’ needs. Sponsors are also automatically given an exhibitor package if they choose to have one. There are a variety of sponsorship levels. We will work with you to design a sponsorship package that is high impact and drives ROI.

Exhibitors: Snack/drink breaks will take place in the exhibitor area, and the exhibitor area is centrally located, so traffic is frequently driven toward your booth. Participants are encouraged to visit all exhibitor booths as part of a door prize competition at which conference attendees who visit every booth are entered in a drawing for various prizes.

Bag Stuffer/Distribution of Advertising Materials: $500 - provide a branded single item, booklet or packet to be added to all attendees bags at registration (items must be shipped to hotel to arrive the weekend prior to the conference) This opportunity is also offered to registered school and employers.·
Vendor showcase: $1000 for Exhibitors/$500 for Sponsors - participate in a 30-minute demo of your product/service to conference attendees. Room and AV will be provided, along with advertising in the conference program.

Incentives for Supporting Multiple MBA CSEA 2015 Conferences*

In order to maximize exposure, we encourage companies to become involved in multiple events, including our Asian Conference, March 18 - 20 in Hong Kong and our European Conference, April 14 - 16 in Madrid, Spain. Contact us for more information about multi-conference incentives.

Incentives for sponsoring three conferences:

15% discount on the total price paid.
Special recognition as a Three-Conference Sponsor in the conference program, web site, in announcements and in a rotating PowerPoint slide during the Global Conference.

Incentives for sponsoring two conferences:

10% discount on the total price paid.
Special recognition as a Two-Conference Sponsor in the conference program, web site, in announcements and in a rotating PowerPoint slide during the Global Conference.

Incentives for exhibiting (or participating as an affiliate – Asia Conference only) at two or more conferences:

Exhibitor and Sponsorship Notices and Details

Registration Fee
Sponsorship and Exhibitor packages include full registration for a specified number of attendees, based on the package. Additional attendees must pay for the entire conference in order to attend any part of it. One-day conference registrations or exhibit hall-only passes are not available.

Deadline
The deadline to register as a sponsor or exhibitor and have all materials in is April 19, 2015.

Company Logo Deadline
All packages include your company’s logo in the conference program, provided registration, along with the logo upload, occurs before April 19th. Registrations received after April 19th will be listed in an addendum to all attendees.

Shipping Exhibit Materials
All sponsors and exhibitors will receive shipping instructions closer to the conference.

Advertisement Deadline
If you purchase advertisement space in the conference program, MBA CSEA must receive your advertisement no later than April 19, 2015.
