Exhibitor Package

EUR 1,800 for non-members (includes one affiliate or corporate membership)
EUR 1,500 for members (no limit)

• One exhibit space with a draped table in Exhibitors area (Internet & electricity are included)
• Company logo in the conference brochure and on the MBA CSEA website from sign-up until April on European Conference page.
• Conference attendance passes for up to two people.

• 250 EUR discount on distribution of advertising materials in conference attendee bags.
• Fifty-word company description and URL in conference brochure (must submit 50-word description and logo in vector format by deadline TBD)

Available to registered sponsors and exhibitors only

• Bag Stuffer/Distribution of Advertising Materials: EUR 400  - provide a branded single item, booklet or packet to be added to all attendees bags at registration (items must be shipped to HEC to arrive the weekend prior to the conference)

Please note: Vendors and other companies that have a product or service to sell to our members must purchase a sponsorship or exhibitor package in order to attend the conference.

Incentives for Supporting Multiple MBA CSEA 2014 Conferences

Incentives for sponsoring two conferences:

• $500 (or equivalent currency) discount on the second conference.
• Special recognition as a Silver Sponsor in the conference program, web site, and in announcements during the second conference.
  

Incentives for sponsoring three conferences:

• $1000 total (or equivalent currency) discount on the second and third conferences ($500 per conference)
