Registration is only available via the online registration form. When you submit your registration you will receive an acknowledgement email advising you of your registration reference number after successful submission. If you do not receive the acknowledgement email, it may be due to an error in your email address. Please contact the Conference Organisers if you have any queries.

* The Concession rate is available to holders of valid concession cards (full time student status, receipt of Centrelink benefits e.g. pension care, health care card etc.) You will be required to submit evidence of your concession status once you have registered for the conference.
PAYMENT
Registrations can be paid by credit card (Visa and MasterCard are accepted). A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to all credit card payments. You can also arrange payment via electronic funds transfer. No surcharge applies to pay via EFT but payment must be received within 14 days of your registration date. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations received in writing to the Conference Organisers’ 45 days prior to the Conference commencement date will receive a refund less a processing fee of $120 including GST. No refund will be given after this date; however, a delegate substitution may be permitted. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the Conference Organisers. LIABILITY In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Conference Organisers accept no responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegate. DISCLAIMER The Conference program and registration information is correct at the time of publication. However, the Organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice. INSURANCE Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Delegates are strongly advised to take out their own travel and medical insurance. The Organisers will not take responsibility for any participant failing to insure. |
