How to book
Accommodation
can be booked online via the conference registration form. No pre-payment is
required but credit card details must be supplied to secure the booking. The
balance of your accommodation booking will be paid upon check-out.
Deadlines
Due to strict
hotel release policies, all blocked rooms will be released 30 days prior to the
conference. Bookings should be made prior to 25 September 2015 to
guarantee the conference rates. Any bookings made after this date will be on a
request basis and may incur a higher rate.
Changing/cancelling a booking
All changes or
cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Managers and not
directly with the property.
Cancellations
made between 30 - 15 days prior to
arrival will incur a charge equal to one night. Cancellations between 14 – 0
days and any no shows will be charged 100% of the total accommodation booked.
Extending your stay
For delegates
wishing to stay outside of the conference dates (25th and 26th
October) rates are subject to availability. The Conference Managers will notify
you should there be a change to the rate quoted.
