National Leaders' Forum - April 2013
 
Registration
We are looking forward to seeing you at the National Leaders' Forum in Brisbane. 

PLEASE NOTE: Registrations are only open to current financial members of Disability Employment Australia.
 
 
Single Registration $300.00 per delegate 
Group Discount* $275.00 for 3 or more delegates 
 
*You must register all of your group at once to be eligible for the group discount.
 

Inclusions

  • Attendance at the one day Forum on Thursday April 18 2013
  • Attendance at the Forum Networking Reception on Thursday 18 April which will be held from 6pm until 7pm 
  • Forum program and material
  • Catering, including arrival tea and coffee, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be sent to Disability Employment Australia in writing by 18 March 2013 to receive a full refund.

Cancellations received between 19 March and 1 April 2013 will incur a $100 cancellation fee per registration, alternatively delegates may transfer their registration to another person.

Cancellations received after 2 April 2013 will not be accepted; however delegates may transfer their registration to another person.

Cancellation requests must be sent to events@disabilityemployment.org.au 

Dress Code

Please note that dress standard for the forum will be smart casual.

Name Badges

All delegates will receive a name badge upon registration. This badge is the official pass and must be worn at all times to gain entry to forum sessions and social event.

Insurance

Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide such insurance coverage. Disability Employment Australia accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
