USMEF does NOT arrange hotel accommodations; reservations should be made directly with the Hotel Las Americas using the link below. Deadline for securing a room at the group rates is Friday, May 26, 2023. You are encouraged to make your reservation early as the hotel may sell out before this date. After the deadline, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis and higher rates may apply.

Hotel Cancellation
Please contact the hotel directly to cancel your hotel reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival date; otherwise the hotel will charge one (1) night room and tax to the guest's credit card. Cancelling your sleeping room DOES NOT cancel your meeting registration.
