Deadline for securing a room at the program rate of $189++ is July 1, 2021. You are encouraged to make your reservation early as the hotel may sell out before this date. After the deadline, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis and higher rates may apply.

The hotel check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 pm.
Hotel Cancellation
Please contact the hotel directly to cancel your hotel reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival date; otherwise the hotel will charge one (1) night room and tax to the guest's credit card. Cancelling your sleeping room DOES NOT cancel your meeting registration.
