Ticketing, reservations, transportation and extension details.
AMWAY ™ will pay airfare for two qualified individuals (holder and co-holder) using the guide below:

AMWAY ™ will cover ground transportation costs on buses for all Amway Business Owners (airport-hotel). For Amway Business Owners who are more than 200 kilometers away from the airport of departure for the start of the trip, ground transportation will only be paid (bus). AMWAY ™ will not cover additional ground or air transportation services if Amway Business Owner loses his or her transportation for failure to report promptly at the specified time and place.

AMWAY ™ will handle the luggage only for the duration of the event (arrival and departure). However, it will not cover expenses or compensate for purchases or items purchased if the luggage is lost. Costs arising from loss of luggage during the trip will be covered by Amway Business Owner or the carrier carrier. Likewise, excess baggage must be covered by the Amway Business Owner.
AMWAY ™ will cover tips for the days of the event. However, if an Amway Business Owner chooses to tip on their own, AMWAY ™ will not reimburse that amount.
Amway will provide you with a Travel insurance (Assist Card), that covers emergencies during your trip, lost or damaged luggage.
Any costs related to adding days of stay, either before or after the stipulated dates of the AMWAY ™ Seminars, will be covered by the requesting Amway Business Owner. AMWAY ™ will not provide ground transportation planning or any other service for those days not covered by the established program.
