Amway Business Owners must meet the qualification requirements stipulated by AMWAY ™ for each Business Seminar. Likewise, the Amway Business Owner must be on good terms, as stipulated in the AMWAY ™ Business Principles. Only the names of the holder and co-holder registered in the AMWAY ™ database are approved to participate in the event as long as they have met the qualification requirements.

If the business wishes to request two rooms, the expenses will be covered by those involved. In relation to amenities, during the event will be delivered one per Business. If the ex-spouses wish to have each their own amenity, they can do so by informing their affiliate beforehand and paying the extra cost.

Cash refunds for not participating for any of the Business Seminars are not allowed in Latin America. Neither the refunds for lowering the category of assigned room or flight.

When an ABO has two business codes qualified to the same event, they may choose to invite children participating for the second business qualified for the event, either Leadership Seminar, Diamond Club, Executive Diamond Club or Double Diamond Experience as long as the second business meets the qualification requirements for each event.
