Only direct family of qualified diamonds and above can bring children to the Leadership Seminar by purchasing a package prior to the event and will be required to wear wristband provided at registration during the entire event. Family can not attend the business meeting. Family of other Amway Business Owners qualifying from Platinum to Founders Emerald can not participate in any functions of the event and will not be able to purchase a package. We kindly ask you to consider this information to avoid any unfortunate situations.

6 - 18 years Package = $435 USD
This package is only available for qualified Diamonds and above and includes:
- A maximum of two immediate family members (parents, siblings, children, niece/nephews, aunts/uncles, and grandchildren) staying in the same room as the holder and co-holder
- Activities listed on the Event Agenda, with the exception of the Business Session, and the Disco Party.
- Breakfast on December 4th
- Dinner on December 4th
- Dinner on December 6th
- Participation in Recognition Session for guests 13 years and older
- Ground transportation (to and from the airport)
- Travel insurance (Please click here for insurance inclusions).
- Debit card for meals at leisure
- Program Amenities
- Childcare / nursery / Nannies
- Business Meeting (family participation is not allowed)
- Airline tickets
- Additional hotel room(s)
- Visas and any visa fees
IMPORTANT:
- All of the costs are in American Dollars (USD) and do not include the airline ticket.
- Payments can ONLY be made with a Visa or Mastercard via this registration site.Registration and purchase options for this package will not be available onsite.
- These costs ONLY include immediate family: children, parents, siblings, niece/nephew, aunt/uncle, grandchildren.
- Any family member that you invite must be registered on the registration page under your business. It is not allowed for your relatives to be registered under another business number that will be attending the event.
- Please note that there is a maximum of 4 people per room including yourself and your co-holder.
- Guests 5 years and under are free of charge and but are counted as part of your 2 allotted guests to receive the package inclusions, except for babies 2 and under. They will not be counted as part of your two allowed guests.
- Cancellations made on or before October 31, 2017 will be granted a full refund. After this date no monies will be refunded.
How to register:
- The businesses that are on track to qualify will receive an email in the month of September, in which they will be invited to pre-register through the Leadership registration website.
- The holder and co-holder ABO(s) will be able to pre-register themselves and their guests on the registration site. The guests must be registered on the website in order to receive a wristband at check in that includes participation in the event activities mentioned above.
- Pre-registration via the website will close October 20.
- Once business qualifications are confirmed, you will receive a Leadership Seminar Confirmation or Cancellation email.
- a. If you receive a confirmation email, your registration is confirmed in the system.
- b. If you receive a cancellation email, your registration will be canceled in the system.
- If you need to cancel your registration, please visit the Home Page and click “Modify Registration.” Log in and continue until you reach the page containing your personal information. The “Cancel Registration” link will be at the top right of the page.
- Payments are accepted only during the registration period and only credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) are accepted.
TERMS
UPON REGISTERING YOUR GUEST/S AND CONFIRMING BY CLICKING THE “ACCEPT” BUTTON IN THE SYSTEM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND CONFIRM THAT YOU AGREE THAT:
- YOU CONFIRM THE PARTICIPATION OF THE PERSON/S YOU HAVE REGISTERED AS YOUR GUEST/S, AND YOU ASSUME THE CHARGES INCURRED BASED ON THE GUEST INFORMATION COMMUNICATED TO AMWAY. SUCH EXPENSES ARE BASED ON YOUR CONFIRMATION OF GUESTS WITH WHOM YOU ARE TRAVELING.
- YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR YOUR GUEST/S.
- YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU AND YOUR GUEST/S ARE ATTENDING THE EVENT.UPON FAILURE TO ARRIVE AT THE EVENT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE ACCORDING TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW. IN ADDITION, YOU AUTHORIZE AMWAY TO DEDUCT THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE CHARGES AND ANY FEES THAT ARE GENERATED, OR WILL BE GENERATED, TO COVER THE FULL AMOUNT OF CHARGES INCURRED.
- YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BY CLICKING THE “ACCEPT” BUTTON, THIS IS YOUR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE OF ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT.
CANCELLATION
IF PURCHASING THE GUEST PACKAGE, YOU MAY CANCEL AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND IF YOU COMMUNICATE YOUR CANCELLATION IN WRITING TO AMWAY ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 31, 2017.
Babies 24 months or younger at the time of the event may be brought on the trip. Amway will not cover any expenses related to their participation on the trip.
